Any custom made to measure doctoral gown that does not conform exactly to your order with regard to style, fabric, color or measurements, may upon receipt of proper authorization be returned and an appropriate adjustment will be made immediately.

Please note: As these gowns are individually made to order, please allow approximately 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. If you would like to order one of these gowns, but cannot wait, we may be able to send you a loaner gown which you could then return, upon receipt of your custom gown.
